AUREA SKIN & WELLNESS — POLICIES & DISCLOSURES


CONSENT FORM POLICY:


All clients must complete and sign a consent form prior to any treatment. This ensures we fully understand your medical history, allergies, and skin goals to provide safe and customized care.


RESULTS DISCLAIMER:


Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and home care. All treatments performed at Aurea Skin & Wellness are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients should consult their physician for any medical concerns before beginning treatment.


POLICY DISCLOSURE:


ALL SERVICE AND PACKAGE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions will be made once payment has been processed.


PACKAGE CREDIT POLICY:


Unused credit from pre-purchased packages may be transferred toward another service of equal or lesser value upon written approval by the owner. Price differences must be paid in full at the time of service.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:


A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”), will result in the full treatment amount being charged or deducted from any existing package or credit.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:


A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and a 50% service fee will apply or be deducted from any prepaid package or credit.


PAYMENT POLICY:


Payments are accepted only via e-transfer, cash, or through our official booking website at the time of booking. This helps keep every visit smooth and secure.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY:


Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and recent procedures prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions for which Aurea Skin & Wellness is not responsible.


AFTERCARE POLICY:


Aftercare instructions are provided to ensure your safety and best results. Aurea Skin & Wellness is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare or the use of unauthorized skincare products.


MEDIA CONSENT POLICY:


Clients may be asked to provide written or verbal consent for photos or videos taken during their appointment. Content will only be shared with permission for marketing purposes under Aurea Skin & Wellness. SERVICE PROVIDER DISCLOSURE:


All services are performed by a Licensed Senior Medical Aesthetician trained in advanced skincare procedures. Treatments are cosmetic and not a substitute for medical care.


CLIENT RECORDS & COMMUNICATION POLICY:


Client information and records are kept confidential and used solely for treatment and communication purposes. Skincare questions will be responded to during business hours only.


PRODUCT DISCLOSURE:


All featured products are either purchased independently or used in practice. Any collaborations or gifted products will always be disclosed.
